Our business model is simple. We provide temporary housing primarily for displaced families and traveling professionals.

We want to help you, the homeowner, take care of your home and keep it in pristine condition. We pay for all the utilities and for the upkeep of the home.

Whether you lease to us for 1 year or 5 years your property will be in show ready condition throughout time. We cover any minor wear and tear up to $200 per month without any hassle to the homeowner. We pay you rent just like any other tenant, however we are never late, regardless of whether a tenant is occupied and your property will always be in 'Move In Ready' condition.
